ReSELeint Training for Staff/ District-Wide
As a nation, our mental health has never been more important, and it’s essential that our youth have the tools they need to navigate these issues. Covid-19 has dramatically changed the educational landscape, just 7% of educators felt prepared to address the social and emotional needs of students.
It’s become increasingly critical that we embrace and embed social and emotional learning (SEL) in both in-school and out-of-school environments.
It’s even more critical that we focus training especially on our teachers, staff, and administrators’ well-being as we approach this new year.

When we look at the definition of resilient it means to be able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult situations. We are all capable of gaining resilience throughout our respective journeys, but only if we have the tools and skills to reflect on and grow from our experiences. Kristen and the DOM team will demonstrate how resilience, as a core competence, is built upon social and emotional learning (SEL).
In this highly interactive training, participants will understand their unique SEL strengths and growth points. They will gain key growth mindset ideals, begin to identify and reframe their personal narrative to draw a sense of confidence, and have a stronger sense of their personal & professional motivations, values, goals, and cognitive behaviors.
